Well, we’re just going to say it: Kristen is the bomb. The founder and president of LiveSmart Networks is all about living smart, which is one reason Kristen became involved with ChicaLogic. Like ChicaLogic, LiveSmart Networks focuses on a range of technology solutions designed to help women. In Kristen’s case, it’s all about helping women keep their families safe and secure. Kristen offers a wide array of products—from home security solutions to medical alert services for seniors—and is an advocate for family safety, whether it’s keeping your CPR certification up-to-date or making sure you don’t look like a target when you walk through a dark parking lot. Her background is in marketing. Best known for her contributions as Mazda’s Marketing VP, Kristen led the “Zoom-Zoom” advertising campaign, brand positioning, and product strategy that collectively have been credited for the brand’s successful turnaround in the U.S. (For this work, she was named by Brandweek as one of ten “Marketers of the Next Generation”.) Subsequently, as Chief Marketing Officer for Young & Rubicam Brands Southern California, Kristen led the new business effort that garnered a dozen new clients, including Jenny Craig, Toshiba, Southwest Airlines, and Doubletree Hotels. Kristen is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. (We told you she was stellar!)
