ChicaLogic™ and SPAMfighter are seeking a talented individual to join our growing U.S. team. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate interested in applying his/her technical ability to troubleshoot software issues and exhibits a keen social awareness as it relates to Web 2.0 and Social Media. Specifically, the candidate will work with our U.S. team representing both ChicaLogic™ and SPAMfighter in offering excellent technical and customer support for our line of PC security and optimization products and in the creation of unique content for our Social Media efforts.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS from a 4-year University (preferred)
  • Technical background with 5+ years of experience using Windows Operating Systems and an in-depth hardware and software knowledge
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot common and isolated PC software/hardware issues
  • Active in Web 2.0 and social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, industry blogs, preferably with experience in Social Media as it relates to increasing brand awareness and driving traffic
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to clearly and succinctly present technical information to non-technical individuals
  • Organized, self-sufficient and able to meet deadlines and prioritize under strict deadlines in a rapid and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to work full time at our office in Boca Raton, FL near Mizner Park
