It may be helpful to include your user ID.
**To find your User ID within ChicaPC-fix, click on the Microsoft Windows icon at the lower left of your computer screen, “Start -> All Programs -> ChicaLogic -> ChicaPC-fix -> ” Click on “User ID” in the lower right corner. You will get a Popup where you can see your UserID.
