It may be because you have another program running on your computer that is “holding” on to a file or has created a temporary file that ChicaPC-fix cannot scan or repair.
Try to temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software and close all programs running on your computer (including programs that are open in your system tray located on the menu bar in the lower right corner of the screen). Then run the ChicaPC-fix scan again.

It could also be that you have a form of malware on your computer that is not possible for ChicaPC-fix to remove. We suggest that you try to scan and clean your computer with Chica-PC Shield software. Download the free version.
