  • Can I try your products before buying them?

    You can download a free trial of ChicaPC-fix and the free version of ChicaPC-Shield here.

  • Where is my product or activation key?

    Your product or activation key was given to you at the order confirmation page at the time of purchase, as well as in an email that was sent to you with your Invoice.

    If you placed an order using Paypal, money order, wire transfer, or cash, you will receive an email containing your activation key upon successful processing of your payment.

  • Can I use your product on more than one machine?

    Our license agreement allows users to use one license (product key) on one computer only.

  • Are product updates and upgrades free?

    Product updates for the entire duration of your purchased licensed are free, including minor fixes and updates, as well as signficant product upgrades with new and improved features.

  • How do I download the latest version of my software?

    Product updates are automatic unless you specifically turned off automatic updates in the settings of the product. For instructions on how to enable automatic updates, please refer to the specific instructions for your product below.
