Meal Snap App Makes Counting Calories a Snap

How are you doing with your New Year’s Resolutions? If any of your Resolutions had to do with losing weight, you know that counting calories is not that much fun. Or that easy. And it takes a lot of discipline to keep doing it for any length of time.

Meal Snap is a new app that takes all the effort out of counting calories. Take a picture of the food you are about to snarf. The image is sent to the DailyBurn database, and within minutes, you will receive a list of nutritional information. A daily log will be automatically kept so you can track your meals, and you can share on Facebook and Twitter if you like.

Simple, fun, and easy-to-use. Now available for iPhone, but one for Android is reportedly in the works.

$2.99 for iPhone, iTouch, and iPad.
