Nike Training Club App Helps You Get Your Resolutions Back on Track
How have you done with your New Year’s Resolutions? If you fell off the wagon a little, don’t worry. There’s always an app to get you back on track. If you are looking to get your workouts up to speed but don’t have the means for a personal trainer, try the Nike Training Club app. It’s like having your own personal trainer, any time and any where you want, tailored just for women.
First, choose your goal: get leaner, more toned, or stronger with over 60 custom-built full-body workouts (30 or 45 minutes long), or focus in on a particular area in a 15 minute segment. Set workouts to your own music library, and you can even set your favorite workout as your “Quick Start” to get going fast. You’ll also be able to get step-by-step demonstrations of any move any time you need it. Track your history and progress as you go, rewards include workouts from Lea Michele, professional athletes and celebrity trainers. There’s even a workout reminder to keep you on track (I so need that).
